Treatment after adjusted, these residues can be used to advantage for the development of a new product, as the soap; for feeding as production of rations, as ingredient for existing foods already, and also for production of biocombustvel. Its use will go to depend on the desired end item, cost and technology of manufacture (Centenaro et. al, 2008). Conclusion the recovery and modification of the residues of the poultry keeping is of great importance, a time that not only allow to diminish the cost of main insumos, to minimize the problems of ambient pollution, as well as to create new sources of wealth, and to offer in the market, varied by-products more and of lesser price. The first and more important step to mitigate the ambient impact of the poultry keeping is the adjusted planning, zoning and qualification of all the involved staff in the creation of the birds and the handling of its residues.
